Lectric eBikes brand logo

Lectric eBikes were founded in Phoenix, Arizona, by high school friends Levi Conlow and Robby Deziel in 2018.

Their main aim has always been to make e-biking accessible and available to those who perhaps previously couldn’t afford it. As a result, they currently specialize in cheap electric folding bikes, a sector that has grown exponentially in popularity over the past few years.

Their original design was voted the “Best Folding Electric Fat Tire Bike of 2020” at the Electric Bike Review Top Choice Awards.

The Lectric eBike philosophy is based on excellent customer service and delivering value to the customer. Their current crop of e-bikes are affordable, transportable, and come ready to ride. They also include a 1-year limited warranty on their bikes for your peace of mind and free delivery across the United States.

Although a relatively new company, Lectric eBikes have gone from strength to strength and are now a well-known e-bike brand in the US.

Lectric E-Bikes Model Range

Currently, Lectric produces six bikes: XP Lite, XP 3.0, XPremium, XPedition, XPeak, and XP Trike.

The bikes are all folding, except for the XPeak and XPedition. The Lectric XP 3.0 is their flagship model and is the third generation of their original Lectric XP bike. The XP 3.0 uses plus-sized tires, front suspension, and a fully equipped spec to create a comfortable, convenient, and functional bike.

Each model is available in different color schemes with step-over or step-through frames. Now, let’s look at each Lectric e-bike in more detail.

Lectric XPress

MSRP: $999 – $1,299

The Lectric XPress is the ideal electric commuter bike for people living in busy towns and sprawling suburbs.

Full-size 27.5″ wheels and slick tires ensure effortless cruising and a stable ride at the 28 mph top speed. Lectric has also included reliable hydraulic disc brakes for powerful stopping in any weather.

While this ebike lacks a premium finish, its practical design, included accessories like lights and a kickstand, and Lectric’s renowned affordability make the XPress an interesting choice.

If you’re looking for a budget-friendly commuter with a comfortable, capable design, the Lectric XPress is a fantastic option.

Lectric ONE

Lectric One electric bike

MSRP: $1,999

Lectric XP Trike

Lectric XP Trike

MSRP: $1,499
Lectric eBikes

Lectric has recently released the XP Trike, an affordable electric tricycle that features the brand’s iconic design and style.

The XP Trike is an extension of Lectric’s product line, offering an option for riders who want the added stability and comfort of a three-wheeled electric vehicle.

The XP Trike boasts a durable aluminum frame and folding mechanism that Lectric is famous for, but with the addition of a third wheel to increase stability and carrying capacity.

Individuals with balance issues or those who lack confidence on two wheels will appreciate the enhanced stability and security of an electric tricycle like the XP Trike. The trike can also carry up to 110 lb of cargo, with a total capacity of 415 lbs spread between its two baskets.

With small 20″ wheels and 2.6″ tires, the XP Trike may not be the most comfortable option for rough terrain. However, the addition of a seat with a backrest for only $30 can transform it into a comfortable cruiser.

The XP Trike features two hydraulic disc brakes for superior stopping power, as well as dual differential wheels powered by a 500W hub motor, which improves stability while turning.

If you’re in the market for an electric tricycle, the Lectric XP Trike offers excellent value for your money, providing stability, comfort, and convenience at an affordable price.

MSRP: $1,099
Lectric eBikes

The new Lectric eBike XP 3.0 demonstrates the brand’s commitment to improving and offering affordable bikes.

Lectric has upgraded the XP 2.0’s torque, brakes, touchpoints, carrying capacity, and suspension without raising the price. Otherwise, it’s the same convenient folding bike that can be taken on public transport or stowed away at home or in the trunk of your car.

The new frame-integrated rear rack is compatible with a passenger package that allows you to utilize the 150lb capacity to give your friend or loved one a ride. In addition, you get an extra 10mph-limit passenger mode on the motor.

The brand offers standard and long-range versions of this bike, with 45-mile and 65-mile ranges, respectively. The battery also has a relatively short charge time of 4-6 hours.

At just $1,099, there’s no doubt this will be as popular as the Lectric XP 2.0. Choose between step-over, step-through, and black or white paint finishes.

The Lectric XPeak

MSRP: $1,299

The Lectric XPeak is a great addition to the lineup, diversifying from the typical folding bikes the brand is known for producing. The XPeak is an all-terrain e-bike with a suspension fork and knobbly fat tires.

Lectric offers this bike is a step-over or step-through frame, each with one finish. It’s not portable like the company’s other models (excluding the XPedition), but it can readily be taken off-road onto light trails, fire roads, and gravel tracks.

The brand included tons of mounting points for baskets and racks, which makes the XPeak suitable for commuting or short mixed-terrain adventures.

A 48V 14Ah battery offers up to 55 miles of range and powers a 750W motor. With all these capabilities and a price of just $1,299, the XPeak would make a great starter off-roader or a comfortable commuter and urban bike.

The motor chosen by Lectric is a 300W geared hub with five levels of pedal assistance and a half-twist throttle for operation. This motor pairs with a 374Wh battery to deliver 40+ miles of range and top speeds of 20mph (Class 2).
